By Plane
You can reach Poprad-Tatry airport directly from the following London airports:
- London Luton: Flights operated by Wizzair.
- London Stansted: Flights operated by Ryanair.
Upon arrival at Poprad-Tatry airport, we recommend taking a taxi directly to the conference venue for a smooth journey.
By Train
Take a train to Poprad-Tatry, the main train station in Poprad. Tickets for travel within Slovakia can be purchased at local train stations or online through the Slovak Railways (Železničná spoločnosť Slovensko, ZSSK).
After arriving to Poprad, you can reach the venue either by local public transport (see details below) or by a taxi.
By Bus
Travel to the Poprad main bus station (Poprad, AS) with services from various bus companies, such as Flixbus, RegioJet, and Slovak Lines.

From either the Poprad train station or bus station (located just a 3-minute walk apart), you have several options to reach the venue:
- By Train: From Poprad-Tatry train station, take the Tatra Electric Railway (TEŽ) to Starý Smokovec, then transfer to train no. 184 towards Stará Lesná. The venue is just 1 km from the Stará Lesná stop.
- By Bus: From the Poprad, AS bus station, take bus no. 706425 to Vysoké Tatry, rázc. Stará Lesná and walk 1 km to the venue. Alternatively, take bus no. 706430 to Huncovce, then transfer to bus no. 703407 to reach Stará Lesná, bytovky.
