Registration fee for the conference includes:

  • Full access to the V4SDB Meeting 2025
  • All conference materials. Please note that to spare natural resources, the Abstract book and Programme will not be printed and will be available in electronic form.
  • Refreshment during the coffee breaks and poster sessions, lunches on 5, 6 and 7 September 2025
  • Welcome dinner on 5 September 2025 and gala dinner on 6 September 2025

Registration fee for the workshop includes:

Conference participants are welcome to bring their guests to lunches and dinners for the Guest fee. Guests are not allowed to take part in the scientific sessions.

Registration process:

On-line registration form and abstract submission open on March 1, 2025 and close on July 31, 2025 (or earlier when the conference capacity is reached). Please note that registration is not completed until payment of the registration fee.

The registration fee can be paid preferably on-line by credit card or by bank transfer. The payment link and the instructions for the bank transfer are sent in the registration confirmation e-mail.

All payments should be made in Euro (EUR, €).

The invoice will be sent to you via e-mail within 2 weeks after the payment.

Cancellation policy:

  • Written cancellation of registration received until 1 August 2025 – an administration fee of 20 % will be charged.
  • Cancellation of registration received after 1 August 2025 – no refund of registration fee will be granted.
  • Cancellations will be accepted via e-mail only (v4sdb2025@img.cas.cz) and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.

Abstracts

Instructions:

  • All abstracts must be submitted only via the online Abstract Submission form – a link to it is sent by e-mail after registration.
  • The abstract must be submitted in English. The authors are responsible for the content and the language quality of the abstract.
  • When submitting your abstract, please select the session most related to your abstract and the desired presentation form for your abstract. The organizer reserves the right to decide on the definitive session and type of presentation after abstract evaluation.
  • Abstracts will be reviewed and selected by the international advisory scientific committee for oral (short talk) or poster presentation. For oral presentation, only abstracts submitted within the early bird registration deadline will be considered. The authors selected for the short talks will be notified via an e-mail.

Deadlines:

  • Oral presentation – the deadline for abstract submission is May 31, 2025.
  • The authors of abstracts selected for short talks will be notified by August 8, 2025.
  • Poster presentation – the deadline for abstract submission is July 31, 2025.

Please note that when the conference capacity is reached, registration will be enabled only for a waiting list.

Poster and flash talk instructions:

  • Posters will be displayed on boards measuring 93 cm (width) × 100 cm (height) and presented in two dedicated poster sessions.
  • A number of posters will be selected for flash talk presentations, providing an opportunity to highlight your work to the entire audience. Each flash talk will be limited to 90 seconds.
